Going into Business: Is it really a need?

If you are running a business, you are an "entrepreneur", a person working for himself and not for anyone else.

Being an entrepreneur is a way of thinking and a way of living. You need certain qualities. First on the list is the skill to recognize business opportunities. You also need to know how to start and maintain a business.

Most of us work for others. In the long run, some thrive in their chosen career and get to experience the good life. Unfortunately, most are struggling with a very low income. Probably others are thinking: “Why would I put up a business without any assurance of its success, when I already have a steady job and sure payslip at the end of the month and no risk involve?!”

In other words, what benefits can an entrepreneur have that employees don’t?

If you plan on becoming an entrepreneur, it’s just right to study the pro’s and con’s of going into business.
