Where: Municipality or City where the business is to be located
Validity: 1 year
Requirements may include the following:
1. DTI or SEC Registration Certificate
2. Community Tax Certificate
3. Barangay Clearance
4. Location Clearance
5. Certificate of Occupancy
6. Building Permit
7. Fire Safety/Inspection Permit
8. Electrical Inspection Certificate
9. Contract of Lease
10. Picture/Sketch of the Site
